Xinmu's Party Branch: Do not forget the initial heart and help the "three services"

On the morning of May 16th, 2019, the General Branch Committee of the Jiangbei District Judicial Bureau of the Communist Party of China led a legal service into the enterprise activities in the Minjiang Human Resources Industrial Park with the theme of “not forgetting the initial heart and helping the three services”. Relevant departments and enterprises such as the District Judicial Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the General Labor Union participated in the event.
 
The party branch of Xinmu was actively involved in the event. The lawyer of the party branch Tang Hongyan and the lawyer team of Tianping Times (Xinmu) gave a lecture on legal affairs of labor relations in more than forty enterprises in Jiangbei District. The lecture mainly analyzes the legal issues of the employee employment stage, the in-service stage and the separation stage, and elaborates on the entry risks of the new employees that the entrepreneurs are most concerned about. At the same time, a large number of classic cases are prepared and shared with you.

 
After the lecture, Mr. Tang Hongyan provided legal advice to entrepreneurs and presented the “Labor and Labor Relations Legal Practice” manual to the entrepreneurs present to gain an in-depth understanding of the internal legal needs of the company and to deeply exchange the management of labor relations.
